About Shipment:
1. When will shipping my order?
Most of our products is in stock, will ship out within 1-3 working days after your payment is verified by Aliexpress. If some of products is out of stock, we will contact u ASAP to discuss extend the shipping time or change to other items or other solutions.
2. How long can i receive my order?
China post and Ali Standar usually takes 30-90 days and even longer for some remote countries. Pls be patient to wait for it. If u want to receive your parcel soon, pls choose DHL/EMS, but please contact with us to add extra shipping cost for quick delivery.
3. Can I change the name / address / color for my order?
Pls send us the right name / address / color when u make order, Please double check your orders information before complete the payment.
4. About sign of the parcel:
Please check the parcel in post officer's presence, if the parcel damaged, empty(stolen) or u cannot find your parcel, please ask the post office to provide official document and make the compliant on the spot.
About After-sales & Warranty:
1. We provide 3 months warranty for our products.
2. If u got a defective product, pls contact us first about the problems and record a video sent to us, we will try our best to solve the problems for u.
3. If u want to return the product, pls contact us within 3 days after you received the parcel. All returned goods must be returned with its original conditions. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items. And once we have received the returned parcel, will refund your full money back.
4. If u still not receive your parcel in delivery deadline time, maybe it is lost on the way by shipping company, pls contact us and we will refund your money back or arrange to resend you the parcel again in this kind of case.
