7-day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • KEEPHIFI offers a 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee when you purchased your KEEPHIFI products. This guarantee entitles you to return your KEEPHIFI products within 7 days of the date of delivery, for a full refund on the value of the product.
  • Please note that The 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is applicable to outright purchases only and is not to be used to remedy faults and issues with KEEPHIFI products that are covered by warranty. If an issue with the products falls under the warranty, then you shall be provided remedy under warranty.


  • Please note that KEEPHIFI does not accept returns or exchanges of KEEPHIFI products purchased from other retailers. Please seek assistance from your place of purchase to initiate your return request.
  •  Please make sure you meet the following conditions, to be eligible for a refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee:
  • Your purchase must be eligible for the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. Eligibility can be shown via one of the following:
    • Your invoice
      • Your welcome email 
      • KEEPHIFI confirming that your purchase is covered under the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee
      • You have contacted the KEEPHIFI customer service team and have requested return within 14 days of the delivery date. (This is the date that our delivery service has recorded delivering your KEEPHIFI device as per delivery tracking, not any other date.) 
      • Products being returned must be in good condition. This means that products, plus all components and accessories that were included with the product at purchase, must be:
        • Fully working, with no signs of physical or internal damage. 
        • Clean with no stains, scuffs, scratches or detritus
      • Re-packed in original packaging (packaging must also be in good condition, free from damage, stains, scuffs and scratches)
      • KEEPHIFI may also require you to show proof of purchase details and answer certain questions about your use of the product, before approving satisfaction guarantees. The shipping charge will be covered by you.
      • Once your returned product has been assessed and deemed in an unused and original condition, we submit refund requests immediately. You will see the refund as a credit in approximately 5-10 business days, depending on your Paypal/bank.

      One Year Warranty

      • KEEPHIFI warrants that your KEEPHIFI device and KEEPHIFI accessories shall, as of the date of delivery, be free from material defects for a period of one (1) year. (The date of delivery is considered the date that our delivery service has recorded delivering your KEEPHIFI product as per delivery tracking, not any other date.). This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use that is not intended. To be eligible for warranty service, you must contact service@keephifi.com under warranty, within the warranty period.
      • If the KEEPHIFI team agrees to service your product under warranty, the cost of shipping defective products will be covered by KEEPHIFI. This means that if KEEPHIFI accepts your product to be serviced under warranty, then;
      • In the instance of replacement - you will not have to pay or will be reimbursed for any shipping charges, or
      • In the instance of refunds - you will be refunded for shipping charges. The refund will be finished in 5-10 days after defective product is received and detected.


      • Damage due to user negligence, accidents, dis-assembly, waterlog, misuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism.
      • Improper or inadequate maintenance.
      • Failure to perform required preventive maintenance
      • use not following the ‘User Guide’ or any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product materials.
      • Unauthorized modification or commercial use. 
      • Damage in return transit.
      • Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.
      • Accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation, problems with electrical power, acts of third parties.
      •  Products that are altered or repaired by anyone not authorized by KEEPHIFI
      •  Usage not following instructions accompanying the Product(s)
      •  Failure to perform required preventive maintenance, 
      • Weather conditions, lightning, fire, water, or any acts of nature
      • Furthermore, KEEPHIFI is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature resulting from the use of this product and any liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
