Since the tech industry decided mobile phones couldn't fit 3.5mm headphone jacks anymore, everyone is going to need to either fork over money for poor quality through Bluetooth, or buy an adapter (thanks, Apple, you suck).
Kbears TC12 Pro works well for Android, iPad, iPhone, and Mac (with compatible Type-C ports). It doesn't seem to have any issues driving my car stereo, my 40 ohm over-ears, or the 16 ohm iems.
The painful flaw I've found with this adapter, though, is that if the jack slips out, the full volume will dump through the connected headphones. This is immensely painful on low-ohm headphones and left my ears ringing for a while.
