3. Is it compatible with iPhone?

Yes, with a simple adapter.

• The Dumpling Plus uses a standard 3.5mm straight plug

• Modern iPhones without a headphone jack need a Lightning to 3.5mm adapter (or USB‑C to 3.5mm for iPhone 15/16 series)

• Once connected, it works perfectly for sleep sounds, ASMR, calls, and music

Note: The headphones are passive (no Bluetooth), so they don’t require battery pairing – just plug and play.

4. Will it block snoring?

It will significantly reduce snoring – but not silence it completely.

• The Dumpling Plus uses passive noise isolation (not active ANC)

• The small, snug-fitting housing blocks:

  • Snoring

  • Fan hum

  • Dorm chatter

• It helps you fall into deep sleep faster without disturbing others, but very loud or close-range snoring may still be faintly audible. For most people, playing soft rain sounds or white noise through the earphones will easily mask what remains.
